Message: Been coming here awhile since it's the closest. Always courteous and today they saved my rear. I got the wrong oil filter yesterday which is fine, it's just a simple mistake, but it left me stranded because I figured it out after I wrenched mine off. One of the workers literally brought me the right filter, risking his job, just to set things right. You don't see this kind of service anywhere anymore. I really appreciate what happened today and if I didn't think corporate would punish him for being a hero, I would call the company directly to show him some appreciation. Thank you so much.

Message: I originally went in to get power steering fluid and the guy helping me sold me the wrong thing (I'm not the smartest person when it comes to cars but I'm learning). Had to return the wrong product. So when I did, the second employee was AWESOME! I explained what happened, he helped me with the return and actually got me the right product I needed. I never had a problem with Advanced till this issue, and the second employee helped me remember why I keep coming back.
