Message: Unexpectedly ruined an axle on my subaru and called in to see about getting a new one. Within 2 hours i had it in my hands, unfortunately it was the wrong one. Jim actually came to my house (im only a minute away) to deliver it and after discovering it was the wrong one he helped me make the old one work and even lent me an impact wrench and socket to finish the job. This business went above and beyond what any mechanic would typically do to get my car back on the road. Not only that but he expected basically nothing in return. Have nothing but good things to say and ill be coming back if i ever need work done again.
