Message: I set my appointment for 9am, but was 1 and a half hour late, due to some last minute funeral arrangements for my nephew, that was killed by the Kingsessing shooter. These guys are Very courteous and willing to fit you in, if they have the time. The store is clean, spacious and quiet, if you need to take a nap. If you need a quick bite to eat or a great cup of Joe, James, the sales manager, will point you in the right direction. I came in for a wheel alignment and I’m leaving as a satisfied, forever, customer. I’m grieving, but I appreciate being able to sit quietly, while work is being done. #RIPDymirStanton.

Message: After experiencing a blowout on one of my tires, a friend of mine recommended going to Tires Plus to get a new tire. So I went in the following morning and Ronald was very helpful in assisting me with my inquiry and checked the inventory to see that they had a tire available to replace my old one. After waiting for a short period, my car was all ready to go with the new tire. Later that day while driving, i noticed immediately how smooth and comfortable the ride was. I am so happy that I did business with Tires Plus in Bryn Mawr. Their service is outstanding and they will make sure you’re receiving an excellent quality product and repair. Message: I am a long-time customer at another location. Due to life circumstances, I used this location and the difference was night and day. The customer service was phenomenal. The place is clean and spacious, there is wifi, and not nearly as busy. The techs were great, and I have no doubt my car will be great. People don't always remember what you say and do but they definitely remember how you made them feel and I feel really good.
