Message: I reached out to a couple of BMW dealers, beginning with Wilmington, DE. The lady I met with at the Union park BMW dealership at Wilmington city was slow to respond, rude, arrogant, ignored us, made us wait for hours and did not bother to communicate respectively. She kept attending to other customers who did not take an appointment.. And then I call up Devon - They did not just arrange the fastest test drive, but also were keeping in touch answering all my queries the fastest. Frank and Alex - helped me change the options in my car with due diligence and helped me get my favorite customized version. This dealership’s attitude and extreme professionalism deserves a big applaud and recognition. I’m glad I went to their dealership cause they made everything feel special for me. They are 1 hour away from where I live yet I have never been happier I drove that length to get this experience. They are very transparent in their dealing. I’m glad I did not go with Union park BMW dealership! I would say- go to a dealership who are not just professional but also good people! The journey to buying a new car can be special for you and don’t let anyone kill your vibe ;) The dealership you go to matters! Also I’m not paid/forced to write this review! This is what you get with excellent customer service, thanks guys!

Message: 3 BMWs later— and its just as exciting as the first time, BMW of Devon, because you know how to make shopping so super fun. This time I was shown the 540i M Sport Pkg/Shadowline Pkg/Premium Pkg/M Sport brakes with red calipers and Jet Black wheels in Alpine White with Mocha interior. Yummy! Seriously, Mike, you knew it was my car before I even drove it. You guys did it again, and you’re all fantastic! Thank you, Devon BMW. It keeps getting better.. 5 Yrs ago: Wow! Running chores has never been so much fun! Everyday I discover a new awesome feature.. This X5 is full of high-end surprises that make me literally giggle like I’m a kid again. I went to many dealerships before my decision, but Mike, Rick and really the whole team at Devon BMW made my purchase a memorable family event and my sons want to visit every time we're near them. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. Devon BMW, you're doing it right-- you made it special.

Message: Drew is amazing! This is our second purchase from him and we always know we are well taken care of. This is why we don’t mind the 50 min drive to the Devon dealer when we have many other close by ones. He is there throughout the process, explains everything good & bad, and always gives his honest review based on his extended experience. Message: I had the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had, largely in part to Drew Wendle. He helped guide me through the car build and buying process, kept me updated during the build process and delivery ETA, then was able to turn it around and deliver it on the same day it arrived! He was super thorough walking me through all the technical features and capabilities of my new X3 and seemed to be almost as excited as I was with purchase. Message: BMW of Devon was the most pleasant dealership I visited in my three months of car shopping, I felt it was time for something new so I took the chance and drove almost two hours to look at a 2 series I found online and I fell in love with it. My Sales advisor Zach H. was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle, he informed me on everything I need to know about owning a BMW and was able to answer all my questions. All around 10/10 dealership I’ll be back when I get bored and decide to upgrade

I reached out about a car asking to work out a quote before coming to see it, the quote was good so I drove out. They honored the quote right down to the pre-inspection trade offer.
