Message: So wonderful kind reasonable …I pd 150$ for nothing…. but they spent ample time finding there was not a problem…and it was not their fault…every time I go they are kind informative and customer service is lovely compared to every single garage around…WhitakeR’s awful rip off…awful mechanic …Clark…. not real dependable…communications not so good…. so this is definitely my new garage after 25 years in Adamstown.

Message: Had a waterpump replaced with them recently. The replacement worked, after $680. On closer inspection, I noticed that they left some scuff mark in my engine bay, probably trying to get the water pump off. You can see in the picture, it wasn't accidentally scuffed. It was intentionally beat on repeatedly. Apparently, the mechanic doesn't care.. Car wasn't making any noise after replacement, but after 2 days the belt started to squeal on cold start. Will go away after a while. I called them to bring it in to have a look at, the receptionist said they'll call me back (Not sure why she couldn't just look at their schedule and schedule me to bring my car in). I Never got a call back. If I bring it in, I am sure they'll charge me extra just to look at it. Won't go back to them again. The quality just isn't there. Poor customer service.

Message: They fixed my car quickly when everyone else said in 2 or 3 weeks. Sooooo grateful! Front desk attendant not very friendly though must have had a bad day and took it out on me, Al and mechanics were great!

Message: I'm about 6 hours from home and called multiple mechanics trying to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. My engine light came on. The lady at the front counter was so pleasant and said bring it in. We'll check it on the computer I got here. They put me right in before I went home to make sure I didn't get stuck on the side of the road and boom. It wasn't nothing major but it was a sense of relaxation knowing that I can make it home. So so helpful. They wrote down what it needed fixed when I got home. God bless and thank you. Everybody was so pleasant

Message: I walked in and asked to have my car serviced and in about 45 minutes it was finished. It was raining so I was giving a car wash voucher for a later date. Great job Al's Service Center.

Message: These guys are the best. Honest, accommodating, and caring. They always fit me in and work around my schedule. They never try to take advantage. They've put my check engine light out free of charge and they've told me when I need new tires even though they passed inspection. They always have appointments and I never wait. Highly recommended.

Al’s is a great place to get your car serviced & sometimes they even have a car for sale & I bought one from him & it was very reliable & priced right. *****. I have been a customer of his for many years & he is so personable that you probably would not believe it, unless you were there & experienced Al for yourself. *****. He always takes a minute or 2, to say hello & to catch up on the latest news. *****. I wish I had a photo of his, because he has one of the nicest smiles on the planet. *****. Right before Christmas he always has a toys 4 tot’s box out, to help get new toys together for the less fortunate children. Toys 4 tots is a U. S. Marine run operation. *****. While in the comfortable waiting room, you will not be disappointed,. it is clean w/a cold soda machine dispenser that does not take cash, they just add the small cost to your bill. There are lots of name brand choices available. *****. There is always a newspaper to read & on the walls are his many awards & he lists as many basic prices as he has wall space for. *****. If you like to play the Lottery, he has dozens of scratch off games available. *****. There are even Senior Discounts. *****. Wow, how about this, A Free Car Wash w/an oil change! *****. Right next door, is a diner if you plan to wait while your car is serviced. It usto be called Zinns & it had a very tall sculpture of an Amishman out front. The sculpture was around 30+ feet tall. *****. To top things off, like a cherry on top of a banana split, in the lobby of Al’s,. he even has a nice car parts sculpture of a robot on display. *****.
