Message: Somehow I damaged my travel trailer awing. My Erie insurance agent received a quote to replace the awning from Brants RV. So since they were nice enough to provide a quote. I figured I'd give them the curtesy to replace the awning. I communicated with Katie while I we stayed at Four Mile Creek State Park campground, NY visiting Niagara Falls. Provided Katie the information needed to order. It took three months for the manufacture to ship the awning, but when Bryants technicians went to install it. They noticed the manufacture, LCI, Solera RV Awing sent them a damaged awning. Because LCI shipped a damaged awning they fast tracked a replacement awning. Which took about a month. Both times Bryants RV were quick to work on the awning replacement after receiving the new awning. I also had dealings with Paul and I think his name was Charles who seemed very nice to work with. I would recommend Bryant"s RV to whoever needs repair or purchase a RV.

Message: Nice place with many camper options. Saw a few we liked. Katie was very nice. She gave us keys to look at the campers that we wanted to check out. She answered questions for us when we were done. Looking at the possibility of buying one of the campers we liked!

Message: I was a customer of another Jayco dealer for 8 years. My last experience was not good. I needed and inspection, winterization and a safety recall done. So I googled other places and found Bryant’s. Jackpot! Not only are they closer than the other place, but their prices and customer service were far superior. They also give a 3% discount if you pay cash. Needless to say, I now have a new Jayco dealer!

Message: I don’t know a lot about RVs but I am looking to buy one and learn about them. Paul was great with his welcoming approach. He provided the keys and allowed us the time to look at all the RVs we were interested in. He trusted us to do just that and returned the keys after. It was a pleasure looking at them with no hassle, no sales pitch, and he also didn’t use his time to talk negatively about any of his competitors.
