Message: I need to commend Chuck & his team. I brought my Kawasaki in becase it would not run right. Chuck made no promises becase they are not a Kawi dealer. The shop was able to find the problem very quickly and correct it for me. I was only charged the time they had in it, which was well under the estimate I agreed to. This money left in my budget to also get a new helmet!

Message: Great experience at Ephrata Cycle & Sports. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even unlocked the doors for me a 1/2 hour after close. I needed ATV tires in a hurry that weren't in stock.. they jumped on it -- and got me what I needed fast in time for my trip up north. For the small purchase I was making they made me feel like it was a priority to them which is important. They earned my future business.
