Message: I needed a part for my car and I couldn't find it anywhere. I called Shovers and got a nice man on the phone. Who said he didn't have it, but he would look around on his system to try to find it. He called me back and was able to supply it within a few days. He saved me alot of money.

I told him I would like the part by the weekend if possible and all week (bless his heart) this man was searching for what I needed in his network. Message: Trying to fix the dashlights on my truck. Replaced all the bulbs and no luck. Had to be the circuit board. So we went seaching and luckily found them. They are very knowledgable and worked to make sure they could get exactly the right part. Great help and advice. One of them showed us the right way to disconnect and reconnect. Couldn't be better.

Message: I needed a wheel in a hurry after pounding my front passenger tire into a curb (don't ask), and Shover's did a tremendous job getting the proper wheel for me. I called shortly after they opened, Jim told me he didn't have the wheel I needed on property, said he'd search his network for one and call me back. He called back less than 30 minutes later with the wheel ordered at a price I anticipated (each dealer he works with sets the price for orders) and paid for it over the phone.
