Message: Recently bought a 2022 Bison 400U from Alek's Powersports. Dealt with Paul from start to finish. Paul was great to deal with. He explained everything about the side x side and showed us a machine they were putting together before they put on the outer body parts so we could see the quality of the frame and suspension components. Paul kept in contact throughout the whole process either by phone or text. Not once did we have a question unanswered. On the day we picked up the machine Paul took the time to explain to me and my husband all the features and controls on the machine before we loaded it onto the trailer. I would definitely give Alek's Powersports (and Paul) a 5 star rating for customer service. I would also give a thumbs up to the lady who did our paperwork on the day of the sale, very polite and explained everything. I hope the service after the sale is just as top notch.
