Message: I’ve been coming here for my maintenance since I moved around the area about 5yrs ago. I have worked with 3 different service associates and they all were pretty professional and honest, not forcing you to do any services if your vehicle doesn’t requires. I also have a few times working with one of their sales associates. Service wise, I believe I would prefer Faulkner. Sales wise, I think the sales associates I worked with at another location seems to be more friendly and polite to me. And buying parts definitely refers back to Faulkner because even if it’s same part, other Toyota location actually charges different and higher price than Faulkner.
