Message: My wife and I are new to boating and were looking for a new first boat. We explored a few options, but ended up on Sea Ray. Jack was so helpful from start to finish with the purchase and is still helpful today a year later with any questions. Dave in service is just as helpful too. There were some warranty issues that needed fixed and Dave got it all taken care of for me with no hassle at all. The only problem now is we want a bigger boat! Message: Jeff n I wanted to purchase a 2019 LOWE Fish n Ski 1700. We work in the industry so we did our research before purchasing anything. We visited a few dealers in NJ since we live in NJ we were not happy with the customer service. We looked for a closer but out of state dealer n Clew & Strawbridge came up. We decided to do a credit app and wait for the dealer to call. Jim called and emailed us weekly with boat information. We decided to purchase the boat everything after that was A+ customer service. We actually got a 2020 Lowe boat, 2020 trailer, 2020 motor as well as Amazing customer service. Both Jim and Jack were outstanding and had great customer service!
