Message: Knowledgeable and informed staff all around. My wife's AC was not working and these guys got it repaired properly. Our usual mechanic misdiagnosed a resistor issue. We ordered an $800 part and were looking at over $1200 in repairs. The service tech here was able to expertly assess the issue and correct it immediately. That $1200 bill shrank to $300. Additionally, the parts dept graciously didn't make me pay for that $800 special order I didn't need and they had gone well out of their way to order. Many thanks for that. My wife and I are very satisfied to see that the same level of professional service is still prevalent here over 10 years after buying our vehicle from this location.

Message: My car was transferred here for body work from the Downingtown location after some mechanical things were repaired. Unfortunately, my insurance company is not 5 stars and they missed damages the first time out, took along time to reevaluate the car etc. The staff here was extremely professional. They were extremely nice and kept me informed during the entire process. My car was cleaned and detailed after the repair. It looks brand new. Thanks!

Message: I bought a Jeep at this location in October and had a great customer service experience. The couple of times I had to call and leave a message, my calls were returned in a timely manner. The service department/mechanics are good and they don't keep you sitting around waiting all day for service. The car has been in for service twice. Initially there was a minor problem with the back windshield wiper that they replaced free under the 30 day warranty and today was for a free first service/oil change. Both times I was in and out within an hour and I was not the only customer there. The service people are helpful, friendly... no problems here. I will return and highly recommend the Frazer location.
