The checkpoint service during a routine oil change uncovered an issue with the transmission that allowed us to be covered under warranty. If we had waited until later, the warranty would have likely expired. This saved us a lot and we now have a new transmission! Message: The experience I had buying this 2018 Nissan was one of the best car experiences I’ve had. It had very low mileage and everyone in the dealership was awesome! There were a few minor cosmetics things wrong with the car that they had promised to fix. Made the appointment to have those things fixed and they made sure I had a loaner. Recently took it back for an oil change when I was informed I needed a new battery, when I went to check out they told me there would be NO charge! All of the gentlemen in the service department were some of the nicest most qualified guys, they are all so nice! I will NEVER go anywhere else. Thanks Colonial Nissan..
