Colonial Subaru

Message: My Subaru Outback lease was up in September and I went back to my original leasing dealership to find a new vehicle. Unfortunately, we were not able to make a deal on the day of my appointment. On our way home from the other dealership, we pulled into Colonial Subaru. We were met right outside in the parking lot by Suke. He immediately helped us and brought us in to talk. Suke listened to everything I wanted and listened to our budget. He was able to give us everything we asked for plus some in our new Subaru Crosstrek lease for the price we wanted to pay. This is my third Subaru lease and I have never had a better experience in any dealership. I understand why this dealership maintains their loyal customers. I will be returning! And we will soon be adding a 2nd car to our home and we plan on reaching out to Suke again. Thank you for giving me hope back in car dealerships!

Message: Excellent dealership. We dealt with Walito Samuel. He explained the process from finding the exact car we wanted to driving it home. Message: Had a great experience buying a car from here. Suke was very helpful. Walked us through the process, spent enough time with us. Not pushy but gave valuable suggestions. The finance department worked with us. I love that they have a person, Erin, who reached out to us multiple times to bring us in to understand the car. The service department took care of a small part that needed to be replaced, no hassle. Overall satisfied customer.

Message: I am ABSOLUTELY over the moon with the service I got at Colonial Subaru. I went just to talk about my options and what I'd need to do prepare to come back and make a purchase. I was told I'd have to run around and get a cashiers check or a certified check to do anything. The salesman @ShawnKeogler told me I didn't and that they would take a personal check. For some strange reason I took my checkbook with me and said "let's make a deal". Long story short I was there less than an hour and left with a brand new Subaru Outback Wilderness. Message: The entire buying experience was exceptional. From beginning to end that anticiapted dreaded, typical car-buying marathon was quick, painless and seamless. Our saleperson Walter was informative and honest. This was a used 2022, low mileage, Hyandai Santa Fe Sport, not a Volkswagon or Subaru so we were pleasantly surprised at how much our salesperson could relay to us. And if he didn't know an answer, he found it out quickly. There was no high pressure, just honest conversation and questions. The offer was appreciated as there was no extras and nickle and diming through any negotiations. The prices were reflective of what we hoped to anticipate. The Sales Manager Tony was a pleasure to work with as well. Tony explained every step of our financing without any hidden costs or fees. Our car was evaluated quickly and the info prepared by the time we returned from the test drive. All of their teams were busy and looked to be working together. I wanted the front window tint removed which was done within 15 minutes. We drove out as happy customers. Can highly recommend this dealership and their team.
