Message: Absolutely wonderful and professional service. Hazleton office manager was great. Definitely highly recommend. Needed brakes and inspection, thought I needed a tune up but only needed oil change. Most experiences I've had in the past would not have been so honest.

Message: I always receive top notch service at this Jack Williams. Tom especially is very professional and friendly. He manages to keep everything running smoothly. He manages to keep those with appointments on track as well as handle the occasional customer with an emergency. He explains everything very clearly. I never feel like I’m being pushed into getting work done that I don’t really need. And he explains if a particular service can wait just a bit. For example you’re going to need new tires but it can wait a month. He’s very knowledgeable and always on top of things. He’s a great employee.
