Message: Chad, Steve, and Amanda are great people. Chad was up front and after telling him what was wrong with my bike through the phone he was spot on what he thought was the cost (This was including adding brand new lights that rubber rusted). Amanda was quick on the response when she would call back (literally with in the hour). Low cost, honest from the start, and fast response. Companies like this are hard to come by.

Message: The staff at tricked out custom cycles are absolutely amazing. Steve took the time to take me in knowing I was far from home. I was there for new tires and assembly of bearings and balancing of two wheels. Those wheels were recently powder coated and they took the time to do the installation without scratching or damaging the wheels. To say the staff was courteous is an understatement. Would recommend tricked out custom cycles without hesitation no matter how far you have to drive to get there.

Message: Steve and Chad are awesome. Steve has a heck of a history in dealing with motorcycles. Chad is a good guy, they are both knowledgeable, straight up and bring awesome ideas to custom work. I have a project bike they worked on. Couldn’t be happier. I noticed an issue, very minor after my work and they basically said bring it up and they’d take care of it. Hard to duplicate that at other places. I highly recommend them, from anything minor, to a big project.. Banner.

Message: Great experience today with TOCC. I have never used this location for service before. I set up an appointment online through their website. They were very responsive through this platform. Showed up this morning when they opened. I was the second customer there at opening. I waited and listened and Steve went through the process with the customer I front of me. He was very informative to this customer that seemed new to bike ownership. When I got to the counter, Steve was polite and professional with me. As I said, I’ve never been here before so they don’t know me or my experience with motorcycles. Steve took the time to do a quick walk round my bike to make sure there wasn’t anything crazy that might need to be done. He then took the time to explain to me the inspection and service process. I’m not new to this, but appreciated this level of detail. I was comfortable with Steve and told him to do whatever was necessary to make my bike safe and call me when it was done. They were honest, quick, and reasonable. No up selling or unneeded “repairs”. Great location and will definitely use them again.

Message: Was recommended to TOCC by a random rider at a bike meet a few years ago. Drove down to the shop from NJ and was greeted by one of the sales reps. Told him what I was looking for and then Steve came up front and greeted me. We spoke about the product I wanted to do on my bike. He showed me a few bikes that he had in the showroom similar to what I wanted. Purchased a 360 tire kit from him. Once everything arrived Steve called me to schedule a time to bring my bike down. Dropped off my bike and it was ready a few days later. Pretty quick turn around. Everything came out perfect and my bike is even used on their website. Recently had to replace a part from the tire kit and Steve was able to help me out with ordering and even shipping it to me.

Message: Stopped in and spoke with the owner about getting my bike inspected, he did a visual walk around and pointed things out that needed to be addressed before my bike would be inspection ready. He didn’t charge me for the walk around and offered to order the parts I needed to replace before he could inspect the bike, we ordered the parts they came in and we set up a drop off date and time that worked for me. I would recommend taking your bike here for service and his airbrush artist is second to none! Thanks Steve and the service department folks! You guys are awesome.

Message: My bike had a freak accident cover melted to bike. Called tocc and spoke with Steve. Had the bike delivered and his team started the break down. It was on the verge of being totaled but I wanted it to be fixed. Steve played with numbers and of course to save money it had to come off of his profit. To make things more complicated trying to get parts and oem stuff during the Pandemic was in no way easy. We spoke and both where on the same page about not doing aftermarket so with his experience and skills we communicated and kinda ran some ideas together. I wanted the bike just like it was when I bought it. But then I thought outside the box and figured let just go all the way with this. Sent some pictures of things I like gave description of what to change for each pic and what color Scheme that I wanted to use. Told Steve he had full range over placement and designs and to use what pics he wanted. The bike was soo perfect everything was done better then I could have visioned. The candy apple red was such a brilliant idea and I would have never thought of it. Steve and everyone that touched this project made this bike amazing and really showed there creative skills and love for what they do. Thank you to Steve and the rest of tocc you guys are amazing.
