Montgomeryville Cycle Center

Message: I've never been too keen on motorcycle dealers. But Montgomeryville is exceptional. I bought my R1250RT here, and "low-pressure" doesn't begin to describe it. I jokingly asked if Bob even wanted to sell me the bike at all. :-) But that is exactly the way I like it.. I got the 3/36 plan when I bought my RT. This includes free pickup/dropoff service, which is nice because I live 40 minutes away. Recently, on a road trip, one of the tires they put on was not rated for my bike and wore out far from home. I had to find a tire at a shop in NC. When I got back, Montgomeryville service looked up what they had installed, admitted their mistake immediately, and mounted my new set (which I had bought from Revzilla) at no charge.. Like others are saying, this is a dealership which really wants to take care of their customers. Of course they want to make money - but the best way to do that long-term is to earn repeat customers. Which I will be.. The riding gear department is also good, very helpful folks.

Message: I came up from Florida to purchase a bike and it was so easy and they were so straight forward with everything. The staff is as awesome as their selection if not better, Chris was extremely personable and answered every question I had. I highly recommend coming here to do business, ask for Chris he’s the man.

Message: An amazing group of people who loves bikes always super friendly and if you need anything for you're motorcycle from a new helmet to any kind of oil you need they got it. Super friendly customers service and has been there for several years. If you need anything for you're bike or riding gear 100% recommend!

Message: They have a large selection of gloves and motorcycle jackets. The staff are friendly and will actively try to assist you even if you are just browsing their inventory.

Message: The whole staff there is great. Dan is the man. Had a bunch of aftermarket parts and exhaust and the bike looks amazing.

My wife and I were looking for our first motorcycles and Bob took the time to help us navigate our needs to find us exactly what we were looking for! From help with selection through purchasing and paperwork, everything was quick and painless! Even with supply shortages, Bob found us the bike we wanted and was able to get it to us quickly.. Highly recommend working with Bob and team, we’ll absolutely be back!
