Message: I bought 2023 Odyssey touring. It’s been a day and I am happy with it so far. Kevin and Jon were sales people that I dealt with. Kevin is new but I could tell that he took his time to study and learn about this car. Very friendly and genuine. Jon is more experienced and knowledgeable. I had a good experience.

Message: Just purchased a Honda CRV from Piazza Honda. I hadn’t purchased a new car in 20 years and dreaded it. But, Lou Salvatore, sales manager, dispelled any negative thoughts I had about car buying. The process was very transparent and smooth. I have to also add that I was purchasing this car by myself as my husband wasn’t available to go with me. I was/am very impressed by the way I was treated. Oftentimes women are spoken down to or treated “less than” a man when purchasing big ticket items. This was not the case with Lou. He treated me like a car buyer plain and simple. I’m now excited about my new car because of my experience at Piazza’s. As a pleasant extra, all of the sales personnel and the finance officer were all very friendly and upbeat. Turned out to be a much better experience than I anticipated. I highly recommend Piazza Honda! A little addendum- stopped by today to learn how some things in the new fangled car work. Lou was with a family purchasing a car but BRUNO was a huge help. Showed me all sorts of fun things I would have missed. So a big thank you to Bruno! I must add that I had a moment of buyers remorse mostly because I didn’t understand a few things and hadn’t purchased a car in over 20 years! Again, Lou was great. He sat with me for well over an hour and listened and discussed every question/concern I had. I am completely content with my purchase now and really understand fully all of the options and extras, how and when they’re used and how this car works. Now to encourage friends and family to head over to Lou at Piazza Honda and make a purchase of their own! Thanks so much, Lou!

Message: This was my first time at this dealer and I feel like they should get 10 stars! Joe was the best service advisor I have worked with in my 25 years of driving. He was friendly, asked questions about my concerns, kept me informed from start to finish and explained everything in detail at the time of pickup. I felt he cared about all my concerns and really went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was ok. Also, the greeter and the lady who checked me out were a pleasure to deal with and kind. In todays world you do not see customer service like I received at Honda. Thank you for being AMAZING and I will be back.

Message: About as good an experience as you can have nowadays. They (salesman Robert) were straightforward in negotiating the purchase. Their pricing was reasonable in this crazy used market. Ended up matching our financing, so we went with them. After buying, they ended up delivering the car (1 hr away) to our home, saving a lot of logistics. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant.

Message: I walked into Mike Piazza feeling a little defeated given the circumstances around my car breaking down and the financials. Don Pearl made all those worries go away and took the extra time and energy to make sure my new car was the right fit and not something that would kill the bank. Message: My girlfriend bought her first car here the day after Christmas and the entire experience was phenomenal! Jimmy Abgarian was our salesman and he was brilliant! She was able to get a 2020 Civic hatchback with 24, 000 miles that had the features she wanted plus more and was within her budget. We will definitely be going back to see Jimmy for our next car.
