Message: I have been a customer of Faulkner Chevrolet since I bought my previous car back in 2014, so I knew I wanted to stick with Faulkner. Joe was so helpful the whole time! He reached out immediately after I sent a message via the website. He kept in contact with me, answered all my (annoying) questions, and then provided me with excellent service the day of my test drive which resulted in my purchasing the vehicle! He told me everything I needed to know for a successful test drive and then taught me some extra tips post-purchase. I am so glad that I had Joe helping me through this process because I don’t think I’d have purchased my vehicle from there if it weren’t for him!

Message: I have been in the market to buy an electric car for over a year and was about to give up initially until by chance, I stopped by Faulkner Chevrolet and talked with Joe Bahling. The first thing that Joe did was listen to what I was trying to accomplish with a new vehicle. Joe took the time to explain what was happening with the model that I was searching for. I left the dealership with a better understanding of the Electric Vehicle market and although it didn’t satisfy my desire, I left and told my wife that I had the first pleasant experience with a car salesman in a long time.
