Message: I went online after realizing that my tires were down to the wear marks. Ordered tires and were installed within 2 hours, it doesn't get any faster than this. The Associate's at the shop were great and showed an intrest to making sure that I was treated with respect and that I got what I wanted. Kudos to the team!

Message: I scheduled an appointment online, and selected the option to wait there for my car to be finished. But that was not possible, because there were 4 other cars ahead of me. Even though I made my appointment a week before, I still had to drop of my car. I left it there with them at 8am. They were finally finished at 3pm. The price was lower than I expected it to be for an oil change, and inspection. That's probably the only good thing I can say about my experience here. DO NOT USE THE ONLINE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING OPTION, AND EXPECT TO HAVE YOUR CAR DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS.
