Message: Recently purchased a used car from Keller Ford, and only after driving off the lot realized one of the features wasn't working. Called in, asked them what they could do, they said, "no problem, we'll handle it no charge".. I brought the car in, they performed the repair, and the technician noticed that one of the tires had a bit low on the air. He wanted to keep it overnight because he was concerned there was a leak. They kept it, it lost air again, they just told me they'll swap in a new tire for free since I just bought it.. Any other used dealership would have hit me with "well maybe you damaged it yourself, we won't fix it" and I would be out at least the cost of the tire, at most the tire, and the feature issue.. These guys do good work and care about their service.

Message: We bought a new Ford Maverick from Keller Bros. My salesperson (Will) was great to work with and always kept me updated and understood my excitement for this new truck. When signing for the paperwork, there was no push for any extended warranties or anything we were not expecting. It was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to others.

Message: Fantastic sales team got me my 2022 Ford Maverick truck, I’m first in the area to have a Maverick! They had very excellent customer service on everything including a overlooked item that was taken care of without a problem! I love my truck! Only major problem was they marked up my truck $5k with no wiggle room which was absolutely ridiculous and nobody should purchase a vehicle with that type of market adjustment! Please go elsewhere if you want to at least pay MSRP prices!
