Message: Excellent service department. They are very friendly and welcoming to us as a new Mercedes Sprinter motor home owner. Ryan welcomed us in and quickly had our Sprinter trip inspected and they also performed a computer software update that was a recall. I’m very pleased with this service department and plan on continuing to have them work on our Sprinter motor home.

Message: I had a fantastic experience there. Ben and the rest of the team were welcoming and willing to help with any questions I had. They weren't pushy on trying to get you to buy a car. They were honest on their answers and allowed you to take your time to walk around and see what you liked.

Ben was extremely patient and helpful at explaining the differences in vehicles and various features each vehicle carried. He ensured we stayed within my budget and wasn’t pushy like other car sales associates I’ve worked with. When the car wasn’t ready on time, they lent me a car to use over the weekend free of charge. When we stopped into Mercedes Benz of Lancaster we were greeted by Melissa in a no pressure way as her and team talked to us as friends and showed us different models.. We were hooked and came back and started serious negotiations for a 2022 GLB250.. We ended up buying it. We’re very happy with the whole process as it was no pressure! What’s refreshing is there was no back-and-forth games with the finance manager

Message: Ryan was very responsive and on top of everything with regards to my appointment and kept me in the loop throughout the day on the progress of my service of my car. Great experience overall until I came to pick up my vehicle and pay. The lady at the font desk-checkout counter had no personality and was not pleasant. She wasn't mean, just not personable. I'm sure she is a great person. Just not great for customer service. Not a personality that I would hire to be in contact with customers. But Ryan was def top notch!
