Message: They made sure to check what type of tires they needed for my car and ordered them in a timely fashion. The tires were not to arrive til after there tire promotion ended but they honored the promotion price for me. The tires were changed once they arrived in a timely fashion. Service was prompt and curtious.

Message: I made an appointment online, to have tires installed. The online scheduling was pretty easy. However, when I arrived at Pep Boys, I was told I would have to wait about 2 hours for the work to be completed, due to the service department being back-upped. That was disappointing but I understood how these things can happen. Other than that, the service was good!
