Message: The manager (Denny) was VERY, VERY HELPFUL, KIND and most of all PROFESSIONAL! He explained everything about the work that needed to be on my vehicle. I would RECOMMEND HIM ANYTIME!

Message: I took a chance that NTB would be able to fix my Tractor tire stem and placed the call. They said this isn't their focus area, but to bring it in. I brought it in and the gentleman behind the counter took my tire back, replaced the stem and brought it back out to me in minutes. I stood there waiting to pay for it and he didn't charge me for the effort and the stem. I had heard from many others that they were the best around and now I know first hand. Amazing service and friendly staff.

Message: The hubby and were on or way home and got a flat. We rolled right into the parking lot since we close enough and they guys super friendly and accommodating. Great service fast and efficient. He was nice enough to show us the problem (we ran over a screw) and plugged the tire in no time flat. Thank guys for your help. Message: ***** THIS IS A PLACE YOU SHOULD TRY & MUST HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED ***** HIGHLY RECOMMENDING *****. While I was looking for ASE certified repair center to use third party protection coverage to replace Drive Shaft assembly, I have luckily found NTB and Denny (Service Manager). Denny was very polite and attentive from the beginning until the job gets done. He has excellent team of technician to listen to you first and inspect the car and share the detail about the issues and solution to fix them. Though there were too much of paperwork/phone call follow up with insurance company, he was patience through out the process and updated me what was going on. Thank you Denny & NTB for your great service.

Message: Have use them several times for tires. They always have something suitable in stock and the price is fair. They were very helpful on the most recent trip and did a free alignment check so I would have a report to take back to my regular mechanic. I would recommend them when looking to get tires installed right away.

Message: I called in 4 different places to get a tire swapped over. Everywhere I had called was either rude or couldn't do anything today. I contacted national tire and battery when the gentleman answered he told me come right over and he can get it done I pulled in 2 minutes later he had my tire out the vehicle on the tire changer and back in my vehicle in less than 10 minutes I highly recommend this place. I will continue to use this location for all of my tire needs.

Message: Customer service was commendable. I went there for a new battery. The price was reasonable and installation was fast. Not that it really matters, but, there was free coffee in the waiting area to which I needed at the moment. Place was relatively clean.
