Message: Extremely over priced. shop around and go elsewhere! friendly mechanics and service men but extremely rude front desk lady that has no time for anyone. no warm welcomes here. the receipt was confusing at first, did not understand ‘declined services’ but Jacquie cleared it up for us. they did inspection and emissions test ‘free of charge. ’ you bet the service bill covered it in other ways. a little bit of a wait to get the car serviced but easy to set up an appointment, earliest was 2-3 days out (enough time to arrange a tow and pay less literally anywhere else) oil change was as quick as anywhere else if you don’t mind spending $80.

Message: Just moved to the area and needed state smog and safety check on two vehicles and some additional services on one. They did a very thorough review of both vehicles, including informing us of upcoming maintenance according to our vehicles mileage and service records. They gave us an estimate on the electrical work on one vehicle, and when things went quicker than expected charged us less. Appreciate that level of honesty. A retainer holding one of the turn signal lights broke off on the way home, and they made a temporary fix, ordered the part, called us promptly when it came in, and installed it at no additional charge, showing they stand behind their work.
