The service the first time and the fact I have had family buy through Beshore was a determining factor on choosing a dealership. The staff from initial greeting to, finance and then driving off the lot is exceptional. Responsive, considerate and personable people make all the difference. I highly recommend Don as a point of contact when inquiring about a vehicle as you will find him knowledgeable and professional. The dealer manager Matt is engaged and enthusiastic making you feel welcomed and important. Finally when you get to work with Nate to finalize, you will find him to be highly personable, detailed and welcoming. It’s not a standard car buying experience and I would not hesitate to point you to Beshore Koller Ford for your next vehicle.

Message: Excellent service. They were honest and very knowledgeable. My issue was covered by the powertrain warranty. I didn’t have to fight them in order for them to cover it under the warranty at all, unlike Apple Ford.
