Either Jake or Jay will thoroughly explain the problem, and the costs involved. Rosie, the receptionist also drives vehicles into bays, and also drives to Erie to get parts so your vehicle can be fixed as soon as possible. She's an absolute treasure. They will work with you to get your vehicle in as soon as possible and are a pleasure to do business with. I can't recommend them highly enough.
