Message: My experiences in the past here had me on shaky ground to even call…. But when the parts dept at Keller bros sent me to voicemail I decided to give the Hershey location another try.. I am glad I did! Derrick at the parts counter answered and went above and beyond to understand my needs for the parts just as much as the knowledge of the parts themselves.. I can say the only thing that would’ve made the experience better is if he paid for the parts for me. A+.

Message: Great service. Had a window in tthe hardtop on our 2022 Bronco that wasnt sealed properly from the factory. The collision center team was able to get me scheduled in while we were traveling through the area on a tight schedule. They provided us transportation back and forth to the dealership.
