Message: I had a flat tire, went in without appointment. I went in very stressed and overwhelmed however when I went in was helped right away. The customer service service was outstanding. They were able to fix my wheel so that I didn’t have to buy a new one. That day they made me feel like a member of their family. The mechanics were able to explained the issue and felt good. They have great mechanics. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.

Message: Got here at a 8am appointment. Waited an hour and a half for 4 new tires to be put on. During that wait, one of the mechanics approach me and said I need a wheel alignment and it's going to cost me 89 dollars(which I never needed before I got there). He does not know the history nor the tires that were put on my car to come to that conclusion. So I said show me, once the guy showed me, I asked another mechanic that worked there and he said it was a suggestion. They were one of my rear tires too. I never needed a wheel alignment but he suggested it with the new tires. ok?. Nice people but, did not need the worry. Thank you for scraping my rims too while putting the new tires on.
