Message: Today I went to Barbera Autoland with my family to look at Dodge’s. We where out the car & in no time Mr. Joe came out, greeted us & made us feel welcomed. He then introduced us to my sales person Kenny Nix. He was amazing. So patient as he answered every single question we asked (there was 3 of us) he was polite, insightful, & all around amazing sales associate. Mr. Kenny made me feel at ease as it was my 1st time financing a car from a dealer. After a full tour & break down of the vehicle we went inside to talk business. Still Kenny was personable & engaging while sharing stories & talking about music & the celebration of his 10 year anniversary there at Barbera (January 2022). After completing the paperwork the staff of BAL did the wildest thing. They call your name over the intercom announcing you are the proud owner of a new car & all the staff come over to congratulate you. It was so touching I shed a tear from the excitement. So when you are in the market for a new or certified pre owned vehicle stop in & ask for Kenny… like I said he’s amazing!
