Message: Bought a bike on a misleading website detail about being new but used. Sales manager fixed that. Less than 200 miles of riding and my license plate fell off from them putting it on and they claim no ownership or remorse so I’m dealing with it. update…. Manager called me back and fixed the license plate issue when his hire up did not. I would recommend them again knowing my issue was not common but they still fixed it.

Message: I called and talked to Ralph, I told him the bike i was interested in, I told him i could not make it in that day, He said he would put a 24 hour hold on it for me, That was alsome of him, No deposit for that, When i got there Vince jr took care of the financing in less than a hour, He also was super nice, The best part was they are bringing it to my house no charge, Not many dealers do that, So they get 5 stars from me, 6 if i could, Give them a shot if you are in the market for a bike.

Message: After getting robbed from ridz inc In New Jersey that kept my bike for three months due to order the wrong parts for a clutch job, and when I got it back it wasn’t right. So I took it to philly cycle and they only had it for 4 business days saying it’s done. I was completely shocked! Plus it rides like a bike is suppose to ride. Im over the moon happy with this place. They will handle all my motorcycle repairs from now on end. Thanks guys! Im very much appreciated with y’all guy service.

Message: Vince was very accommodating with servicing my older Suzuki. Not many (good) shops left in Philly. Wasn’t sure what to expect going there for service as it was my first time. Was pleasantly surprised when they had me all fixed up with a donor master cylinder within a few hours. Price for work done was good. Would recommend.
