Major Hyundai

Message: I don’t normally write reviews unless I have an extremely good or bad experience with a business. My relationship with Major Hyundai started about 4 years ago and has lasted through 2 leases and a finance. The sales reps have always been great. But the true hero of this review is the service team. I had an undercover of my car rip loose. It was dragging on the road as I drove so I took my car to Hyundai with no appointment scheduled. I explained the situation and that I would be happy to make the repair myself if I could just buy the part. I only needed a washer and possibly a nut. They told me to wait in the waiting room and took care of it for me, again with no scheduled appointment. I asked how much I owed and was told I was all good. And that is why my relationship with major Hyundai will continue so long as I live in this area.

Message: Went in with expectations and needs, which were heard, understood and followed through on. Sheldon Price and the management of Major Hyundai made us comfortable, and were upfront and genuine the entire time. Left with a done deal on a great card same day.

Message: Good day it took longer to find where to put a review then to buy a car! Mrs. Hernandez here,, Where do I start I have not so good credit these guy Jorge, Ramos and LEE and Joe did their best to get me behind my car. It feels like an airplane. I appreciate them so much for going above and beyond to help me get this car if you looking for great people to buy a car from this is the place if they can’t make it happen, it ain’t gonna happen.! They work hard! Trust them they will help you. And trust me I’m a real customer and I got a great gift when I was done! My car is amazing and I didn’t get a headache buying it, you can wait or come back it’s a place that will work with you! I will be back when I’m getting another car! Message: I chose Major Hyundai over another dealership that was recommended to me after reading their reviews a month ago. I was not disappointed. first of all, everyone was very friendly and polite, Lee worked with me, listened to what I did and didn't want, what I could and couldn't afford and/or accept. With the help of Tony G., Lee was able to get me into the car I wanted. Totally recommend!

Message: I was thinking about purchasing a car about a year before I actually made it out to the dealership. In fact, this was my first time buying a car from a dealership as both of my previous vehicles were used out sourced purchases. Overtime, Sheldon was always readily available to assist me with any questions I had about the car process. He went above and beyond to help me find a car that I liked but also within my budget. Truly, I'm grateful for his patience with me and all his help getting here making sure it went perfect. I even ended up with my first choice vehicle and color :-)! I'm 110% satisfied with my purchase and overall experience with buying a new car especially as a first-timer!
