Message: Iting the area 2 YRS ago and our brake light came on so car was towed to them. They did what was needed. Some months later we knew the car still need deeper repairs, and although we have great mechanic here in our city (1- 1/2 hrs away), we felt the need to take car back to PT&B. They not only fixed the car but found out that someone put transmission fluid instead of brake (either our mechanic unfortunately or another shop I took to just for an oil change). This obviously isn't good and was a part of the original brake issues. PT&B had to drain the Where do I start! They are AMAZING! We were vistransmission fluid. Now, 2 yrs later, the car started shaking when trying to get to 50 mph. Our mechanic confirmed the shaking and after doing a wheel balance the shaking still existed. They searched and couldn't find the problem. They felt it could be one thing (forgot the name) but in order to see if it was that, they'd have to go into transmission area which wld cost over $1K without being certain of what it is. Then out of nowhere when I turned the steering wheel, I heard a big thump sound. I knew something was really wrong. I decided it was time to have my AAA tow the car 1 - 1/2 hrs to PT&B. JR and the team were awesome. They found several issues due to a lack of us doing a tuneup bc cars need maintenance. They sent us a video of one of the problems and a full estimation with explanation of things that needed to be repaired immediately. They are normally very busy but this time they were finished with the car in a week. I told them purposely to take their time. From the 1st day we met them, I felt such peace. Whatever negative reviews that may be written, take it from me that this family owned business would never purposely try to do anything less than excellent work.. Message: Went here because my 2013 Dodge Caravan wouldn't start. Met with JR and the rest of the staff. All were very professional and the place was clean and very well ran. Unfortunately, it was a few issues with my vehicle that took longer than they originally stated it would. They were very apologetic, took a little money off and upgraded my tires over the ones I was initially supposed to get. Things don't always go the way we plan for them to go in life, but it's good to see that here they seemed to actually care and did everything they could to accommodate us as much as possible. Price was a bit higher, but the service was definitely enough to justify the pricing. Great Warranty on the work too! I'll definitely be going back here.

Message: So let me start by saying if I could give them more then 5 stars I would, I’ve been there 2 times so far both times to get a tire fixed and I’ve been treated wonderfully. When you call they always sound happy and ready to answer all questions never seem annoyed like most other places I’ve to. When you walk in you’re greeted with a smile and right away helped. Based off the customer service alone I recommend coming here not to mention the attention to detail they give. I came in for a flat tired and they went above and beyond also informed me of some other issues that I would need to get fixed. They showed me pictures of everything which is amazing don’t have to leave wondering if something was really done or not. They truly understand how to run a business and help the customer to the fullest.

Message: From the first phone call I placed to make an appointment two days ago to me arriving at this place absolutely pleasant experience from start to finish honest, fast and understanding to my situation and car needs this was my first time here and it was one I won't forget I will definitely come back for more services needed soon. Super happy with the experience as it's hard to find honest mechanics anywhere. If I could give 10 stars I would, highly recommend this place. I would like to add this place is absolutely great I always get honest opinions and work done on my vehicle they always give me updates often on the repair status coming from New Jersey were you are waiting all day they are fast and efficient very pleased with this place they explain everything.
