Message: On July 1st, we had an issue with one of our tires (while we were on road trip). Pep Boys were able to check it the same day. Our tire was damaged by a nail, and unfortunately Pep Boys did not have our tire in stock. BUT, Gabriel was able to refer us to a tire shop nearby. We got a new tire installed the next day because of this referral. Thanks again for your help. :).

Message: I totally thought I was going to get f**d in the a** after reading reviews while waiting for my car. However, after informing me that they couldn't do the alignment I asked for because "[my] wheel bearings [were] shot, " I declined service beyond mounting my tires and I got outta there ASAP. Still took an hour and a half just to put 2 tires on. Ah well, I felt lucky after reading other bad experiences.

Message: We were in a terrible situation where our truck couldn’t drive. Pep boys was the only place able, on a Sunday, to do the work needed to get us back on the road. Everyone I talked to was incredibly nice and informative. Showed me everything that needed to be done and got to it asap. They saved our entire road trip! We made 800 miles safely to our family and was able to spend 4th of July with them. I will always be using there services for now on. Thank you so much!
