Message: Made my first visit here today. My cousin was looking for a new bike. So we made the trip down to check this place out. Their bike selection is huge. More than any dealer in the area that I know of. The prices are great and the staff was amazing. If you are in the market for a good pre-owned bike. Go check this place out. You will definitely not be disappointed at all.

I will definitely do business with these guys again. Nice to get good customer service as it seems it is a thing from the past for alot of companies. Keep up the good work.

Message: Purchased a 1997 HD FXSTSB Bad Boy (with Heritage Softail front end, tanks and fenders) from ACM in Jan., 2023. Staff was friendly, helpful but not pushy at all. Let me and my friends browse and take our time around the lot on a Saturday afternoon. I offered them cash and they accepted my offer. Finalizing the deal was simple and we loaded up the bike and left. Great all around experience.. Where they really shined was supporting me from 3 hours away weeks after with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Agency. They were giving me a very difficult time about some of the documentation when trying to title and register the vehicle. They were making me jump through hoops (unnecessarily IMO, but you know how those agencies can be). ACM supported me, even communicating directly with Maryland Motor Vehicle. They delivered to me a bike at a fair market-value price whose mechanical and cosmetic condition substantially exceeded all of my expectations. When I took it to a local dealer to have it checked out, they tried to buy it and offered me more than I'd paid! The folks at American Classic who I worked with were knowledgeable and forthright, careful not to overpromise, patient with my many questions and very pleasant to deal with.
