Message: I purchased an Outback (used of course) at Zaccone Motors. After the initial warranty had expired the vehicle developed an attitude that could not be ignored. I returned to Zaccone Motors and explained the issue. The car was repaired that same day and I was not charged for it because they understood the situation and waved the cost. Thank you Claudio and especially Francesco for your integrity. The cappuccino was delicious. The car is a pig (gas) and was named Brutus for it’s powerful get up and go.
