Message: The best customer service ever. I don't understand why this is rated 2. 3 out of 5. this place had the best price for an engine I needed, and I came from Richmond Virginia to get it! Bill even waited till 6:30pm (they close at 5pm) for me to show up! Very nice of him to do that as the drive was a long drive for me. Thanks Bill! And the reason why I chose this place over any place in Virginia is because the engine I needed was double the asking price of what this place was asking for.
