Message: I come to this store because of the knowledge of one associate & that’s Jen. She always goes above & beyond to help her customers find what they need to get them on the road again. I can’t thank her enough when I needed a hose for my heater core and it was not available anywhere at that specific moment & I really needed to get to NY asap. She was able to find something that was going to make it work for me to get to where i needed. Thanks Jen. They need more employees like you everywhere.

Message: The store is clean and the staff are attentive. If they are on the sales floor I am always approached and asked what project I am working on. I usually know what I need by looking at their website, which is excellent, before I visit the brick n morter. I can order and have my items shipped, waiting for me or curbside. I like the one-on-one so I go into the store. Prices are great and if I do order in the store it's ready in a day or two. You don't have to wear a mask but they suggest you do. It's a good store for questions, advice and parts.
