Message: My experience at Haines today was as it has always been outstanding. I have known Jim for 50 plus years, my 1962 T-Bird that was my pride and joy always was given the best care. Message: Took my car in for an oil and lube. I got a call that my tires should be rotated and also cabin filter was bad and should be changed. I did like getting a check list showing what they went over and listing the tire and brake info. Great service and was the cost was reasonable.

Drive in there with an issue and Jim comes outside to review your vehicle and complaint to adequately help you resolve it usually faster than the industry norm. On the higher scale of the price range for repairs according to the. internet. I get what I pay for and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Always treated like a family member there by the entire TEAM! When I leave, my repair has been handled at a fair price and I'm worry free.
