Message: My Salesmen was Robert Julian My Finance Manager was Sheldon Simpson. Both were excellent and attentive to my questions. Everything went smoothly. The other salesman were also very friendly in passing. I was greeted at the parking lot upon my arrival. Robert was already expecting me as we had already spoken about making a deal. I highly recommend this young man as he is very knowledgeable in many areas of vehicles, and the different trim packages, tow packages, etc. All questions asked were answered with professionalism and confidence. Will recommend and will return.

Message: Outstanding customer service- I went there randomly looking for a second car to commute to work, low credit, minimum down payment and they were still able to treat me as a customer and not rush me away. Sadly the car that I wanted was sold minutes before I arrived but that didn’t stop them from listening to what I wanted. Short story went home with a nice Toyota. Love the team and customer service.

Message: Second purchase at Rothrock, this one was the smoothest yet. Ordered my Jeep, it came, did everything online except the final signing, was in and out in about an hour. Spence, Brendan, Sheldon… everyone we worked with was awesome. 11/10 DO recommend!
